The District Events Coordinator organizes and manages local District sponsored events, acting as a liaison to share info, coordinate activities (Founders Day & workshops), maintain calendars, manage supplies, and support groups, working with the District Committee (DCM/Alt DCM) to keep the fellowship connected and informed. It’s a volunteer service position focused on facilitating fellowship and recovery through special events.
Key Responsibilities
Event Planning: Organizing district-wide gatherings, like Founders Day, workshops, and other activities.
Calendar Management: Ensuring all event information is accurate and shared across different platforms.
Reporting: Providing updates to the District Committee
