District 80 Founders Day

Flier for Complete Information

The District will be providing hamburgers, hotdogs, and all of the fixings, as well as bottled water and coffee, Please bring your favorite side dish.

There is a basketball court next to the shelter we have reserved at lovely East Laporte Park in Jackson County, as well as a nice sand volleyball court, so if you have a decent basketball or volleyball, please bring them and let me know at the email address above, so we don’t buy them if we have them already.  Also, a river runs through it, so be sure to bring wading shoes and towels if you plan to test the water.  Finally, it will be June, so sunscreen and bug spray should be on your list “to bring” list as well.

Lastly, plan to arrive a few minutes early to settle in for the Service Workshop that will be conducted during part of the event.  This will be a great opportunity to hear and what our event speakers and others with solid recovery have learned about the “magic” of AA service work.

The event is finished.
