“Freedom from Bondage” Haywood County Jail Meetings are looking for volunteers to help carry the message inside of the walls. Men’s Meeting Monday 12:50PM, Women’s Meeting Monday 5:30PM. Contact John K 919-285-9342 (men’s) or Pat Q 828-507-0245 (women’s) for more information.

The Balsam Center (mental health facility) meetings are always open to new volunteers. Wednesday 6PM, Joey says show up 5 minutes early to sign in. Share the AA message with patients inside the facility.

North Carolina AA State Convention is looking for volunteers to help out July 16-19 at Lake Junaluska. Please email Barbara H @ barbaraherring26@gmail.com if you are interested in helping with the convention.

Wednesday March 25th at 7pm the Easy Does It Group is having its monthly Speaker Meeting. Dennis W is sharing his experience, strength, and hope.

Friday March 27th at 6pm the Sought Through Prayer group is holding its Speaker Meeting. Dean S is sharing his story.

Friday March 27th The Blue Ridge Group holds its monthly Speaker Meeting at 7pm and Bill Y will share his story.

Saturday March 28th the SOS Group holds its monthly Speaker Meeting at 9am in Blue Ridge. Bill M shares his story.

Sunday March 29th starting at 4:30 The Mountain Serenity Group is hosting the Murphy Eating Speaking Meeting. Matt B shares his story right after a dinner of pulled pork and other goodies.

Monday March 30th is The Brasstown Group’s monthly speaker meeting and Noah B will share his story.

On Thursday April 23rd the quarterly Intergroup meeting will be held at All Saints Lutheran Church in Blairsville at 6pm. This is an important meeting as the Intergroup is looking to fill multiple board seats. We are looking for nominations for Chair, Secretary, Treasurer, and alternates.
